I have been buying loads of bits and pieces with 100% no problems
But a plastic nail brush I bought, just shattered to bits when I used it today 27th July see photo. Anyway I could not find out how to complain so just followed their automated help app and they just refunded me without knowing my real problem
All in all, their setvice has been brilliant for which I have no complaints and this issue will not stop me buying from them.
