I had placed several orders and received my product on time then I ordered wire for auto repair and they did not tell me until after shipment was in route it would be months before I received my item. I still don't have it , turns out it was mailed to me via a cargo ship. I won't be seeing it for at least a month. Then they charged my card for a product and shipping charges that I never ordered when I found out via a email tracking number I immediately contacted them . I must pay return shipping to get reimbursement on the tool charge but I eat shipping both ways . Which equals out to as much as the product. I'm reporting them to attorney general office and taking the false order in the meantime.
