I am so DISAPPOINTED with Temu. After leaving so many glowing reviews and l I can believe I have to give 1 star. I had a package go missing/ never received it. There is no Pic of where or if the package was left. I contacted Temu CS and was told "sorry it was delivered and there's nothing we can do". I was stunned. Over $100 package goes missing and sorry but we can't do anything. No refund, no reissue the package. That's NOT ok. I tried contacting another CS rep. Thinking this can't be right but again I was told sorry but nothing we can do. Temu this is NOT ok. I have ordered soooo many orders and have only ever had an issue once when the package was left at the front door. Which is 4-5 feet from the sidewalk on a very busy road. I should say my address specifically has backdoor in the address with special instructions of leave at backdoor. Needless to say I am done ordering from Temu and will be returning the next couple hundred dollars in orders.
