I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. I placed an order totaling over R300, though I do not recall the exact amount. Like any customer, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items. However, I did not receive them.
Instead, I received messages from Buffalo International Logistics requesting payment for import taxes. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay the taxes at that time. Despite being informed that I had 45 days to make the payment, my parcel was destroyed well before the 45-day period had elapsed. All the messages indicated that the parcel would be returned to the sender, not destroyed.
To add to my frustration, there is no contract number to call for assistance. The only contact provided is a WhatsApp number, which offers only three options and connects to an AI rather than an actual person. This lack of human support is highly disappointing.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and seek a resolution to this matter. I request that you look into this issue and provide a satisfactory solution.
I received the first message from Buffalo International Logistics to say they have my parcel and requested payment for import taxes on 19 June 2024 and it was discarded on 17 July 2024. This is not even 30 days.
