Order showing on my account but never received Contacted Temu Support via their website to chase/progress order Spent almost 2 hours exchanging messages during which they just kept repeating the PayPal payment failed and order was therefore not completed, no order on my account etc Checked PayPal account and payments were successful, sent screenshots of orders on my Temu account, proof of shipping address, card details, screenshots of PayPal payment, bank statement etc proving PayPal payment was successful/completed Despite the Chat being upscaled to Supervisors etc they just kept repeating payment failed and there was no order They are simply impossible to deal with Raised claim through PayPal Forget Temu, order with Amazon 😩
