My account has been flagged with vague alleged "detected anomalies," and despite numerous attempts to get clarity, Temu has failed to provide specific details or resolution steps. This lack of transparency and clear communication violates consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
The inability to address these issues effectively has not only disrupted my ability to make purchases but also raised serious concerns about Temu’s commitment to customer rights. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and exploring available legal remedies.
Given my experience, I urge others to reconsider using Temu. The lack of transparency and failure to resolve account issues promptly reflect poorly on their customer service.
