Temu stopped communicating when I returned an 8k video camera which had a label saying not for professional use. I claimed on PayPal but the forms made it impossible to explain my case and paypal refused my claim. I am still waiting for a refund from Temu. A card wallet I also bought from Temu stank of chemicals which wouldn't go away after washing...
