They sold me a misspelt Christmas card and tried to claim it was supposed to be spelt like that. However the title of the item was spelt correctly, so that's a load of BS. They won't replace the item by sending a correctly spelt one, even though they have plenty available. They offered a refund so I could order a new one myself, but this is useless as they have a minimum spend in place of $40. So I cannot fix THEIR mistake without having to spend a lot more money. I spent so long chatting to them trying to resolve this. I got shifted from person to person, having to repeat myself continually. It still isn't resolved. Appalling service.
