Obnoxious customer service. Received cutlery that had incomplete counts, that was unwrapped and unhygienic and disgusting. Must've been a return from a previous customer. Was told to discard and replacement will be shipped. No replacement was ever shipped and now they obstinately REFUSE to refund without the item, which I discarded per their directions. An agent even told me that the record clearly indicates that I was told to discard and they will refund or replace. They won't refund, or replace. Liars. I emailed, chatted and spoke to live reps.
