I placed an order but noted they were going to send an alterative item I did not want so I immediately canceled the order. It has been a month and five phone calls and my refund has not been processed in the bank. Also I received an item without its plug today. It is useless! I have called and complained. They are doing nothing about either issue. Some items are fine, some are cheaply made, and some disputes are not fairly resolved. I will not buy from them again and do not recommend them to anybody!
