They use dishonest couriers such as gofo express, who lie and claim orders are undeliverable. However, I actually have verification and can prove that items have been delivered by the same courier before and after a particular incident. Temu claims to block couriers which doesn't actually happen. They refuse to replace items/packages/couriers as a courtesy, and want to give you static about their $5 credit delay guarantee. Chat representatives are rude, read from the same script, and refused to provide corporate information.
