The client is fully responsible for any package lost. I get nothing from the delivery company with no contact, no evidence to drop it and don't follow the instructions. Driver submission in the system “drop at the mailroom but this building has no mailroom and only a small mailbox for just the letters. THEY’RE NOT REFUNDED BUT SAID THEY ALREADY INVESTIGATED, WHERE AND HOW DID YOU INVESTIGATE????
