order expensive coffee table. never showed up. no refund. they have stalled, passed the buck, and done everything to avoid refunding our money. BEWARE. these people have HORRIBLE customer service, so if you have a problem, you can kiss your money good-bye. I don't believe they are scamming people; I just think they are confused, misguided and mismanaged. I don't think we will ever see refund. We are trying to replace furniture we lost in the hurricane on a limited budget; and that is the only reason we looked at Temu. Very sad.
