I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. I sent one back and never received the 2nd one. I texted with their customer service over and over, always getting the same result. I was promised temu credit, which was fine, but I never received it.
Their customer service never reads the prior notes, so you have to repeat it over and over AND OVER again. After placing several orders with them, I'm not going to anymore. At least with Amazon, yes you pay more, but they stand by their refund policy. Temu is a terrible com0any to deal with.
