I order a 3 into 1 Sofia day bed they shipped it out and by October to November 1st I will get my order the whole weekend I waited no order so I looked at the tracking from UPS and call the customer service from temu no answer so Monday I call UPS first and they have order but can't delivered I asked why they said it was put on hold by temu I then call temu customer service they told me nothing is put on hold by them so I don't know who's playing games with me but my patients ran short and I demand a full refund and will never order from this company again
