I suppose it depends on what you order. So far my orders for Halloween & Xmas door covers, Xmas wrapping paper have surpassed my expectations. I even ordered a realistic doll baby for my granddaughter ( her mother sent me a picture on its arrival; we were both pleased). Have not had a problem with deliveries so I can't speak on customer services. So far, I am happy with Temu and would recommend.
