This company is so dishonest. Today I returned an item and I chose the option to have a store credit issued which should have occurred immediately after the return was scanned at the UPS store, similar to how Amazon operates. But, no Temu says one thing and does something different. They make you wait until the return is processed even though the website specifically said that the credit would be issued immediately after the return was scanned.
Totally deceptive.
