Worst service ever seen in my life. They are fake in Oman they are not responsible towards their customers. I have ordered for 24 omr and waiting for 2 weeks the day it was supposed to deliver the app got updated the tracking that I haven’t answered the call . How will I answer a call which I didn’t receive? If the delivery cannot deliver to the said place why they are accepting or giving authority to such parcel companies? The worst app service seen in my entire life . They are just making us fools .. zero worth zero responsibility value less app. I even have called the Temu customer care and they want me to contact parcel company to see what happened with my package. Here I have another doubt, whose customer I’m ? The Temu or the parcel company?
