Terrible terrible Customer service . I have an order that was “ delivered” it came in 2 packages and I was refunded one but not the other and they are refusing to refund or reship the order. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me since 11/12 it is now 11/21 and several tickets have been made and closed. I get an automated email at 6 am from “Gabriella” saying they are working on it but that’s not true either. They just transfer you around to shut you up and say it’s been delivered. I’m out $100 now and no items before Christmas! They also keep asking me to send pictures and videos of me not receiving the order!!!???
