No business ethics, after few incidents I am burned out by aggravation and poor ethics trying to make Temu do things right. I no longer can continue doing business with Temu and would give zero star rating. Temu seems to be ignoring honest customers and creating lot of ill will. I presented evidence of missing items and they're refusing to acknowledge my information by believe FedEx Tracking website instead of my solid evidence of a missing box that I need to assembly greenhouse structure. only parts of box number 1 showed up and box number 2 never showed up( I didn't discover the problem until my maintenance helper open up the box for me yesterday to help me assemble the greenhouse structure and I reported the issue right away to Temu customer support team)... Now I have to rely on my credit card company to recover my funds...
