I placed orders for almost $200 and only received one shipment for around $20. I had to pay $1 to talk to someone from Customer Service. I’ve tried texting, calling, multiple times to no avail of speaking to a real person. All they have to do is see if items were returned. I didn’t receive anything so I can’t answer many of the questions below!
