Package was left in the lobby where things get stolen on a regular basis. Never delivered to my door. WTF? The enclosed picture shows the package dumped in the lobby. If they're too lazy to deliver to the correct address, whether it's a house or an apartment door, then they can't be trusted to do anything right. I applied for my refund (14 DAYS?!?), but they offered a gift card refund available in three hours. Isn't that convenient?
