My order said it was delivered December 12 Temu sent an email stating they will refund my money and I can still keep my package once delivered. At the same time all of a sudden the package was delivered but I never received it and now they are very rude and I still owe affirm 50.02. For items I still do not have ax of now. I order from this company damn near every other week because I love what they have but after this and the rudeness of their customer service I'm okay with paying more. It's the principal.
