I don't know why Temu is using J&T express delivery. It's very late, they are very rude and not polite. They don't answer the phone. They insult. They don't want to deliver the parcel on time. They are the worst. Even though they have bad reviews but still Temu is using that courrier. Either change it or modify it. Very bad experience. Unsatisfied at all. All the time my order is delayed by more than 4 or 5 days after the courrier took my parcel it is so sad
