The Temu violates the terms of delivery without the consent of the buyer. The delivery period 4-8 business days (Nov 27-Dec 4) specified when ordering was extended until January 9. Thus, this is more than 2 months from the moment of placing the order. During this time, the need for the ordered product has completely disappeared.
Multiple requests to the support service with a request to cancel the order and make a refund are ineffective. They only apologize for the delay or offer a 20% discount valid for 7 days (I consider the value of this compensation to be zero).
I consider the service of this company unsatisfactory and violating all the rights of the buyer.
