I placed an order that was never received, though it says it was delivered (on a day that I was home). This happened twice with the same seller. They denied a refund, saying I needed proof it wasn’t delivered. They refused to work with me, and eventually CUT OFF my ability to continue the chat with customer service. That was it! I’m out!
