I hate what they have done to me,I did an order which included baby shoes,but honestly they failed me,the shoes were small and very thin,it couldn't even be fitted. After doing a return request it became so complicated and very difficult to do it,and they didn't offer me a pick-up option, they asked me to search and drop them off to a locker..WHY CAN'T THEY PICK-UP from you like other do.I can't do TEMU again
