I'd put no star if I could. The automated system keeps you on hold for more then half an hour, then just hangs up before putting you through to a live person. My package through Temu, which I'll never order from again, because they use Raven Force, as their courier, has been saying for 2 days it's on the truck for delivery. So I've emailed and called and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. They don't answer at all. This is horrible customer service and I'm not sure how they continue to run this way. My package which was expensive is no where to be found, its saying it's on the truck for delivery for 2 days now and there is no one who responds to tell me where my package is. Temu is no help either. They just keep saying if not received after more than the month since I bought it, they can do something. So unprofessional and I will never order from TEMU again because they use Raven Force as their courier. Horrible experience. No updates online and they refuse to answer emails and phone hangs up. So so unprofessional. Never again.
