First time around first account I made close to a $200 order never received never got a refund nothing chalked it up as a loss create another account now I placed an order and I get it similar to wish the timing is not great but the estimated time is between the 17th and 27th of this month I get it's not the 27th until Monday but my local postal service told me on the phone that timu doesn't guarantee that I will get my package until the 31st of this month at the earliest that doesn't fit their guidelines of how many days tops and when I called timu's customer service the woman every time I would try to ask a question she would over talk me and when I set boundaries and repeated my question or my statement she acted like I didn't say anything they should not have customer service reps that don't know what they're doing cuz she didn't know anything and didn't verify anything didn't validate how I felt about this issue or anything just like US postal service they passed the bucket right back to The postal service oh it's not on us it's on them I don't know what to believe but this is the second time that something to my disliking happened with timu and I don't appreciate it
