I was enticed to order a cardigan I liked the look of, then was offered it free along with other free gifts. I ordered a few other items, but when the order was completed the cardigan and other gifts weren't on it. When I complained they offered a £16 credit. I ended up cancelling the order, but have only been refunded £26.22 of the £44.76 I had paid. They say I have the £16 credit, but I don't want to ever order from them again and this still doesn't add up to £44.76.
