Poor customer service. Items they claim are shipped are not. The items lately since it's been now local are even more do cheep with a higher price tag. I have credit with them and it's been a nightmare to get my things that are ordered. Once I ask for things not to ship because they do not send them all of a sudden they create a shipment but they do not ship it. I ask the customer service representative but they will not give me a clear answer. I'm done with temu and glad I got out of this mess with them not owing me much money. It's not worth the hastle.
