Temu refused to provide store credit for defective items, despite EU Directive 2011/83, which states that return is not required for non-compliant goods. My case has been escalated to ECC Cyprus. I received only automated replies and no proper resolution. Be cautious if you're an EU customer — your rights may be ignored. This case has also been documented and submitted with full evidence to the European Consumer Centre for formal mediation.
