This place is a joke when it comes to customer service and returns... I've been told 24 hours... I'm now waiting for 3 days and still no one has contacted me... customer service does nothing but copy and paste messages... they REFUSE to put you through to a supervisor when requested... they take 5 minutes to respond while other automatic messages pop up.. it's a joke.. DO BETTER!!!! You certainly make enough money as a company to hire oncall staff..... fully not impressed.
