I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Temu and one of the prongs broke off into the socket, I contacted the seller in which they were to reship me another. Then Temu emailed me saying the seller denied my request, I sent pictures of the defect but Temu did nothing to help, Temu is a bunch of junk. I Done with them
