Absolutely horrendous. Ever since they switched to local warehouse it has been nothing but headaches. Not receiving orders. Not keeping up with tracking and refusing to refund unless you dispute with cc company or with the BBB. Their escalation team needs to be fired. They do not investigate anything. I hope they shut down.
