Two times recently , didn’t get the item that was ordered! Similar, but not what was advertised ! Tried to get refund , in both cases , was denied tefund ! Too many hoops to jump through when it was their fault fir sending wrong item ! Their third party stores are the main problem , but temu should want to keep good customers , though instead of recognizing the mistakes of their sellers , side with the stores , not their customers when they knew the wrong items were sent ! Not happy with temu ,been with them , buying stuff and spending money for quite some time , then , over past month , or so , they totally let me down ! They lost a great customer !
