I returned an item to TEMU and provided full proof of return, including the receipt and reference number. Despite this, they have refused to refund my money. I contacted customer service several times, but only received generic responses with no resolution.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed all their return instructions, yet I’m left without the item or my money. I won’t be shopping with TEMU again and would not recommend them to others.
