So, I returned an item to Temu and received a $10 credit. I decided to spend that credit, but learned while I could use the credit, I had to buy a minimum of $20 to redeem it. OK, fine. I got an order of about $24 together and paid. The next day, I received an email from Temu telling me to not forget the items in my cart. Yep, PayPal deducted the money alright. When I complained I was told to cancel the orders. Of the 10 items I bought, three went through - total of about $7. I canceled and got a credit. No option for a refund. I told them I wanted my $24 refunded NOT credited. I spent about an hour trying to rectify the situation and was stonewalled the entire time. I complained to the attorney general's office. Hopefully, I'll see my money again. NEVER AGAIN, TEMU.
