I want to warn others about my experience with this company. I placed an order to qualify for a “free item” promotion, only to end up in a confusing, frustrating situation that still hasn’t been resolved. The checkout process is deliberately misleading. They overwhelm you with huge discounts (90%+), 1-cent deals, and “free” item offers — but you can’t clearly view or review your cart before completing your order. Once you enter your payment information, you’re basically locked in without fully knowing what you’re actually being charged for. After spending a long time carefully selecting my items, I received two full-priced products — one of which was not what I ordered. The receipt shows the correct item, so the mistake was clearly on their end. Despite that, I’ve now had to contact customer service multiple times, speak with three different reps, and submit photos of the wrong item twice. Each time, they stall or ask for more information, but never actually fix the issue. The shop owner hasn’t responded at all. I paid for a higher-priced product and received a cheaper substitute, with no resolution in sight. This entire experience feels like a bait-and-switch — designed to confuse customers and avoid accountability once the sale is made. If a company has to hide the truth to make a sale, that’s a huge red flag. I’ve saved screenshots of everything and will be reporting this to my credit card company and appropriate consumer protection agencies. Be careful — once they have your payment info, you’re trapped in a mess.
