I was on hold with the hotline for three hours till they finally hung up on me. No one helped me. I’ve been messaging with their chat line for two hours and still have not got my issue resolved. I continue to repeat myself. They say they will get back with me shortly. No one ever comes back. Then when I asked what is taking so long, they respond as if I never messaged at all or as if they already helped me. I also returned six pairs of jeans for a refund. This was six months ago. I still have not got the refund. I would not use Temu anymore after this last issue issue I have I will be deleting them.
