Sorry cannot not give a ZERO. I received a charge to my credit card. Then received an item I did not order. Spent over 2 hours on phone trying to resolve the issue. No result except "we are looking into it" I called my credit card company, explained problem and got reimbursed. As to the item, told them it was in Florida and they could come get it anytime. 30 days and it goes to Salvation Army. Should have been a simple solution.
