One star.
Item arrived broken. I reported it immediately with photos and video. I followed every instruction and returned the item. UPS shows the package in transit and scanned. Support keeps repeating that they will not refund until they inspect it. No timeline. No accountability. No supervisor ownership.
I asked them to process the refund now since the carrier has the package and the item arrived damaged. Their response did not change after multiple chats. I am now out both the product and the money.
This has been a frustrating waste of time for what should be a simple refund. I will file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge with my card issuer if this is not resolved immediately.
If you are considering ordering here, be aware that returns and refunds may be slow and scripted. Pay with a credit card, keep screenshots, and track your return.
