⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online company. Temu accessed my PayPal account and made a fraudulent charge without my authorization. After that, they refused to provide return labels for items that were either delivered to the wrong address or to my neighbors instead of me. To make things worse, a large amount was withdrawn from my bank account, and their customer service has been completely unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve reached out multiple times, but I keep getting generic replies instead of real help or accountability. This has been a stressful and unacceptable experience. Do not trust Temu with your payment information — their handling of sensitive financial data and orders is reckless and unsafe. I will be reporting this to PayPal and my bank for further investigation.
