I returned 4 items, and they are claiming that I never returned anything, even though I have confirmation from the currier company which collected the package! I sent them proof of receipt, asking to show what was in the package they received (as there is a confirmation from them that they received a package, however that the items weren’t in it), however they are completely ignoring me over and over again! Shocking! Stealing my money!
