The website is quite straightforward and easy to use. I have ordered a pair boots but turned up to be too big for me. I have then contacted the customer service to request for an exchange and Lauren has been very helpful as she provided all the assistance I needed for the replacement. Everything went smooth and seamless. I will definitely be using The Priory again and I highly recommend the store to anyone. Thank you.
