Ordered a pair of trainers online, got the order confirmed email and so on, kept me in the loop from start to finish, I ordered these to my parents address and they weren't available and even got an email to say that it was at the house a couple doors down, excellent cannot fault the customer service and also loved the stick of rock that was put in with my new trainers!!
