I am size 42 chest, waist size 34 inches and Medium size is a good snug fit, although the sleeves are a bit tight especially when removing the hoodie. I bought it for hiking and this hoodie is ideal for the job. It is not too warm and has three deep zipped pockets and a snug fitting hood. I recommend it.
