I bought some items online from PrioryMenswear. There was a problem with part of the order and Lauren form Priory contacted me to get the problem fixed. Lauren was fantastic and helped resolve this very quickly keeping me informed by email every step of the way. As a fairly frequent online shopper, I can tell you that the service that the Priory and Lauren in particular provided is exactly what a customer wants and they deserve loads of credit for this. As they say, a "patient" gets better when there's an "angel" looking after them! Thank you very much Lauren for all your assistance.
