Ordered a sofa and paid extra for my colour and higher grade leather, paid in full almost 2k. Told 3 weeks later than my colour was in fact discontinued and i was to, over the phone, accept a 'similar colour' and agree to it. I refused this and and said I would come into store and see the new colour myself. When i seen the new colour it was considerably darker and also the higher grade leather i paid extra for was now going to be a standard grade, with no refund of the extra cost. I said no to this and requested a refund. This has now been nearly a week and still no refund. Told manager would be of all week so I am now looking at a minimum 2 weeks for a refund to even be processed, but that depends if the manager actually returns next week. Will probably have to go through the bank for this and the customer service advisors I have spoke to could not care less if they tried.
