Worst customer service I have ever had to endure. Ordered sofa June/July 2021. 1st one was received on time however had extensive water damage. Delivery date of replacement sofa was changed around 3/4 times and eventually arrived 10 weeks later than quoted (around 14 months of original purchase date) When this arrived it was also severely damaged. There is no communication from customer services to advise of delay or to apologise. Constantly had to chase them up. As we didn’t want to wait another 4 - 6 months for yet another replacement we requested a refund. The response to this was an extremely blunt unapologetic email from Carly at customer services stating we would not be getting a refund. So now awaiting another replacement sofa to arrive, with an eta of January….. 18 months from original date of purchase. The £50 store voucher we have been offered as compensation is laughable. Avoid at all costs, non existent Customer service and over priced furniture that arrives from China in sub standard condition.
